How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every UK order. We don't currently ship outside the UK.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1 working day and usually arrive within 2 working days of dispatch on a tracked service. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your case is on its way. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands?
Yes. Delivery to all UK postcodes is free; remote areas can take a day or two longer.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Email us straight away with your order number. We can usually update the address if the order hasn't been dispatched yet.
The vanity case
What fits inside?
Comfortably a full daily routine: full-size skincare bottles, palettes, foundation, a set of brushes and your smaller tools. The removable inner compartment lifts out so you can pack it separately or use the case at full depth.
How big is it?
23 cm long, 17 cm wide and 14 cm high, weighing 0.8 kg empty. Roughly the size of a hardback book, and it fits comfortably in cabin luggage.
Is it waterproof?
The vegan leather exterior and wipe-clean interior handle everyday splashes and spills. It is water-resistant rather than fully waterproof, so we'd avoid submerging it or leaving it in standing water.
How do I clean it?
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after use. For marks, use a slightly damp cloth and let it air dry. Keep it away from direct heat, sharp objects and heavy spills.
Is it vegan?
Yes. The exterior is premium vegan leather with silver-tone iron hardware, and no animal-derived materials are used.
Will more colours be available?
The case currently comes in burgundy. Follow @shopdute_uk on Instagram or join our email list to hear about new colours first.
Returns & support
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know, and a further 14 days to send it back. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you; if the case arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover the return cost. Full details are in our returns policy.
Is it suitable as a gift?
Very much so. Each case ships in protective packaging, and if you're buying two (one for you, one to give), £10 comes off automatically at checkout.
