We offer free UK shipping on every order. Pieces are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days, arriving in 2–4 working days via a tracked service. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves us. Delivery costs for orders outside the UK are calculated at checkout.
Changed your mind? You have 30 days to return any unused piece in its original condition. Just email us and we'll send a prepaid label — no forms to print or queues to join. Want a different colour instead? We'll arrange a straightforward exchange and get your new piece on its way as soon as the original is on the road back to us.
Leather ages beautifully when it's looked after. Keep your piece dry and away from direct heat, and wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth after use. Every few weeks, work in a little leather conditioner to keep it supple and prevent drying. When you're not using it, store it in the dust bag away from sunlight to protect the colour and shape.
Each piece is made from full-grain leather — the strongest, most characterful part of the hide — chosen for the way it softens and deepens in tone over time. The details are finished by hand, from the even stitching to the set hardware, so what you carry feels considered rather than mass-produced. Small natural marks in the grain are part of the material's story, not a flaw.
